I think I'm getting a lot of people who reported this issue this morning and it is not working for them. Thanks to those who reported the issue.
As per Allison Erhardt...they "need UMNet IDs to trace what is happening to specific accounts as this is not a problem affecting everyone. Please ask for the UMNet ID of the patron, or library card number. You don't need to send them to me, I'll pull them from the VR logs. Thanks."

Hi all,
We we're getting a lot of patrons reporting access problems on the weekend - it seems many students don't have their "Libraries" box checked off in Iridium.
I uploaded instructions to Sci/Tech's Facebook account so that I could simply send a link to patrons who report this problem on VR (rather than having to explain it every time).
