Some of you may already know this, but I wanted to pass on a little tip I learned during my last VR shift.
I had two patrons who were having trouble accessing articles through GetIt@UML; they were getting this link instead of the full text of the articles - http://sfxhosted.exlibrisgroup.com.proxy2.lib.umanitoba.ca/umanitoba/img/aja...
The lovely Jen Funk informed me that this URL (both of my patrons asked about the "transparent pixel link") means that the patron has too many windows open with GetIt@UML info. If they close some and try again everything should be fine.
