[Lib-virtual-ref] Unruly patron

Hello everyone,

I encountered a rather foul-mouthed individual between five and six o'clock this evening. He/she began the session requesting biographical information about Louis Riel. After demanding the information, the person adopted some pretty colourful language. I closed the session tab, but the person returned.

Although fairly rare, I thought I'd pass along the information in case the person decides to reappear at another time of day.
