[Lib-virtual-ref] Noon VR shifts on July 25 and August 8

The Law VR shift is from 12 to 1 pm on Fridays. I will be away on July 25 and August 8. If you are able to do either of these in my place, please contact me. I would be happy to take your shift on another date.
