[Lib-virtual-ref] Virtual reference from the Get It@UML menu

A link to Virtual Reference was added to the Get It@UML menu yesterday. Slides from the December presentations about this change are now available on staff.lib: http://staff.lib.umanitoba.ca/node/6167
