We have noticed in past years that during the summer months because of reduced hours we tend to get more tickets submitted. This is just a reminder to be sure to check for unanswered tickets when you are on Ask Us. Please also pay attention to tickets that may have appeared in the spam tab in the lib-answers dashboard. These are also our responsibility.
