We ran into a problem with the VR Staff account activation link. It is not taking people to a sign-up page for our trial.

Here’s the procedure:

1. Sign-up for the trial at: http://staff.lib.umanitoba.ca/snapengage 2. Cassie Page will create an account for you 3. You will receive an e-mail from SnapEngage with the following subject: Activate your SnapEngage live chat Agent Account! 4. Follow the link to set up your login ID and password
