Good afternoon Class of 2029,
During the 4 year Medicine program, UGME students will have sessions or rotations scheduled at the Health Sciences Centre. Some locations in this facility will require an HSC access card.
To obtain your student HSC facility access card, you are asked to go to the HSC security office to set up your access. Please note the HSC Security Office hours and location below. Please bring valid original government-issued or university-issued identification with you (i.e. Passport, Driver's License, University of Manitoba student card, etc....) when you go to the HSC security office.
Students are asked to complete this prior to the close of business on Friday, October 3. The UGME office will not send any additional reminders to complete this registration.
Students are asked to visit the HSC Security office on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 8:30-9:00 a.m. until October 3rd provided that there is no schedule conflict for you with your academic schedule.
HSC Security Office: Location; Security Services | Orange Bison Level 2, MS-245 820 Sherbrook Street Tel: 204-787-1465 NOTE: Please bring any "old" ID's that were issued to you previously (i.e. summer students, research assistants, entry point screener or CHRIM ID holders, etc.). If you no longer have your old ID, you will need to bring $20 cash to get replacement card. If you were not issued any HSC ID previously, please disregard this note.
