M1 Mock OSCE - Sign up now!
Hey everyone,
Stephanie and I are super excited to announce the M1 Mock OSCE will be held Saturday, January 31st! from 12-3 pm! Depending on your feedback to the M1 academic reps, we will be able to offer spots to up to 48 students (with two stations per student) or 96 students (1 station per student). Some information for you guys:
* Stations will be 10 minutes long, with 5 minutes afterwards for invigilators to provide feedback and students to switch in/out of rooms. * If more students sign up than spots are available, students will be selected based on a lottery system. * Preference will be given to students who are able to volunteer as an SP for others to help maximize the number of slots. Please only sign up for the slots you are able and willing to volunteer for! * If more students volunteer to be an SP than there are spots, you have the option to choose to volunteer as an SP to be able to still see a practice station. * You can choose the one hour window(s) that work best for your schedule but will only be assigned to 1-2 fifteen minute stations. If you choose to volunteer for the same one hour window, you would be volunteering for the other 2-3 stations running during that hour. If you choose to volunteer for another hour, that would include up to 4 stations (depending on needs). * We will be releasing the station info (including answer keys) after the mock OSCE has concluded so anyone in the class can use them to study. * This takes a lot of volunteers to put on! We are trying to collect donations for food for the volunteers via the M1 treasurers. Donations can be made to uofmmd2029@outlook.com. Thank you! * Please tag donations with "mock OSCE" so the treasures know it's for this.
Sign up can be found here!https://forms.gle/qjTkTKspkMPp5zt76 We will keep the sign-up form open until Tuesday, January 20 at 11:59 pm. We will aim to let everyone know the schedule by Friday, January 23. If you don't hear back when the schedule is released you still may get a spot if someone cancels in the time before the mock OSCE. Please don't hesitate to reach out to myself or Stephanie if you have any questions. You guys got this!
Best, Kristi
