UM Spiritual Care and Multi-Faith Centre is hosting a FREE Mindfulness Meditation workshop series at Bannatyne Campus!
Join the Mindfulness Meditation workshops for an opportunity to reduce stress, improve focus, and learn techniques to center yourself. All learners and staff are welcome:
* Biweekly on Wednesdays * September 24 - December 17, 2025 at 12:00 - 1:00 pm * Multi-Faith Centre (78 Brodie Centre), Bannatyne Campus

Father Wajira Nampet, a former UM St. Paul's College Chaplain, will be officiating Catholic Mass monthly at the Bannatyne Campus.
