Please be advised that the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba no longer requires original Child Abuse Registry, Adult Abuse Registry and Police Information Check (with vulnerable sector search). You can and should submit copies of these checks to CPSM for your registration. Please review the CPSM application for further information and for instructions on how to submit your documents to CPSM.
