We are extending the deadline to submit applications to the annual St. John’s College/Desautels Faculty of Music Ensemble Competition. The new application deadline is Friday, February 27, 2026. The application form is attached. If you require accommodation to perform, please inform us when submitting your application.
Here are other important dates:
Preliminary Round: March 7, 2026 at 10 AM in T2-266 Final Round: March 20, 2026, 12:30 – 01:20 PM at St. John’s Chapel
· At the Preliminary Round, the jurors will choose one winning ensemble from each category. These groups will each receive a prize of $300.00, to be split evenly between the members of the ensemble. · The three winning ensembles will perform at the Final Round on Friday, March 20, 2026 (12:30 – 01:20 p.m.) the culmination of the annual St. John’s College’s Art Competition. An audience prize of $300.00 will be awarded to one of the three ensembles, to be split evenly between the members of the ensemble. The final round will be immediately followed by a reception at 1:30 p.m. at St. John’s Chapel.
