Restorative Justice in Medical Education with Dr. Jayson Stoffman The influence of restorative justice is growing in healthcare. As a collaborative, relational process, it strives to resolve matters such as harm, conflict, and systemic issues by focusing on healing, accountability, and repairing relationships rather than solely on punishment. To better understand how this concept could be incorporated into the remediation process in medical education, Dr. Jayson Stoffman undertook a systematic review of the med ed literature. In this month’s podcast, Dr. Stoffman discusses these findings.
