The Office of Innovation and Scholarship in Medical Education (ISME) is conducting a needs assessment to better understand the opportunities, challenges, and support needs of educators across the Max Rady College of Medicine.

Regardless of your role in the MRCoM educational programs, from teaching to leadership to scholarship, your perspectives will help us identify priorities for future programming, resources, and services. We are particularly interested in understanding the educational challenges you anticipate over the coming years and the supports that would be most valuable in helping you succeed in your teaching, educational scholarship, and educational leadership roles.

The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Responses will be reviewed in aggregate and will help inform future planning and resource development within ISME.
