Graduate Course Announcement for Fall Term (2012):
Human Neuroanatomy (ANAT 7392)
This is a 3 credit hour course (Aug. 28 - Dec) held on the Bannatyne Campus. It will be of particular interest to graduate students whose research is in Neuroscience (registration is open to all graduate students). This course will provide an introduction to the structure & function of the human central nervous system from an anatomical perspective.
The course has 2 components:
1. Lectures that will present a systematic survey of human neuroanatomy, and
2. Laboratory sessions in which students will examine and study the 3-dimensional structure of the human nervous system.
