Call for Proposals for 2011 Spinal Cord Injury Research Projects
The Manitoba Spinal Cord Injury Research Committee (MSCIRC) is pleased to announce that the 2011 Grants and Awards competition is now underway and accepting applications for spinal cord injury research projects in Manitoba.
Purpose Grants provided through this initiative aim to increase understanding of spinal cord function; reduce the disability related to spinal cord injury; increase functional capacity after spinal cord injury; reduce the incidence and effects of secondary complications after spinal cord injury; and increase quality of life and community integration after spinal cord injury.
Eligibility Grant applications will only be considered from accredited educational institutions, disability related organizations, research institutions or members of hospital staff.
Deadline All project applications must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on April 15, 2011.
