Good evening, I am reaching out to you in the hopes you can assist me in helping two students who are self-motivated, and enthusiastic about science. They would like to pursue a science fair project and would require research information and mentorship. Please see an excerpt from the student’s email below:
Our idea for the project is centered around Anti-NMDAR encephalitis, specifically exploring how it affects the growth and development of adolescents, or how antidepressants help with the after-effects of suffering from it. These topics are complex, and we're very interested in them. We haven't started working on the project yet, but we're hoping you might know of biology labs, university instructors, or researchers specializing in neurology, immunology, or pharmacology. Their advice or resources would be invaluable as we begin to execute our project. We're especially interested in understanding practical research methods and data sources.
If you can help us, or direct me towards someone who could, that would be greatly appreciated!
Regards,
Bridget Sankovic B.Sc., B.Ed., PBDE Gr. 10-12 Science Department Head Sisler High School Ph: 204-589-8321
