Poster formats: Posters should not exceed more than 4' (48") in width and 4' (48") in length.

Your posters will be assigned a poster number and we will provide push pins for you.

The poster session is scheduled for the afternoon (3-5 pm), but we recommend that you set up the posters in the morning. This can stimulate scientific interaction during the breaks.
