Hello Everyone, I hope this email finds you well! I am writing to provide an update on the upcoming ASL classes. As mentioned in my previous email, the total cost of the classes is $110 per person, with $100 reimbursed afterward. The classes will be conducted synchronously and will take place after the exam period. Once all payments are received, I will reach out to everyone to confirm preferred dates for the sessions. The program includes a total of 20 hours. ASL Classes

Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. I am excited to share information about our upcoming American Sign Language (ASL) classes! Details: • Duration: 20 hours total • Cost: $110 per person • Reimbursement: The Nursing Students’ Association (NSA) will reimburse $100 to the first 50 students who complete the full 20 hours. If you’re interested, please visit the NSA office during our office hours, which you can find on the website linked below (Monday to Thursday). Please make sure to make the payment before November 21. https://umanitobansa.weebly.com/ If you cannot make it to the office during these hours, feel free to message me on Telegram or email me directly before Thursday (contact information below). Once we have a confirmed list of participants by Thursday November 21, I will follow up with the students interested regarding preferred dates and times for the classes. Title: The Impact of COVID-19 Visitor Restrictions on the Multidisciplinary Health Care Team of a Palliative Care Unit: A Qualitative Study. This presentation will describe a qualitative study that explored the experiences of the multidisciplinary health care team working on a Canadian inpatient palliative care unit during the COVID-19 pandemic. This presentation will share the overarching themes that arose from the 25 semi-structured interviews with multidisciplinary healthcare staff as well as their suggestions regarding visitor restrictions in a palliative care setting for the future.
