I hope the first month of classes has gone well for everyone! I am emailing to notify you that the voting period for the NSA October By-Election will be taking place from October 23-25th via Simply Voting online voting software. This also means that the nomination period for the election is now open.

Why Join NSA? Getting involved with NSA is a great way to meet other College of Nursing students and faculty members. It is also a great way to sharpen your leadership, team work and professional development skills, and is a great thing to have on your resume! Involvement on the Nursing Students’ Association is added to your co-curricular record too!

Please see the attached nomination form for more information, including which positions are available for nomination. Please see the NSA Constitution attached for descriptions of the available council positions. If you are sending in a nomination form, please ensure this is sent to me at chepilj@myumanitoba.ca by 1600 on Thursday, October 17th with the subject: "Nomination - NSA By-Election".
