Dear Nursing Students, Following the email sent about the TRC Celebration, we are looking for students who are willing and available to attend and be present for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation event at Bannatyne Campus on Tuesday, September 29th . We would greatly appreciate having strong student representation from the College of Nursing at this event to represent our College within the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences and to participate alongside students, faculty, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and community members. I have also attached the event agenda for your reference so you can review the schedule and sessions taking place throughout the day. We understand that transportation to Bannatyne Campus may be a consideration. We can also try to coordinate carpooling with faculty members and students who will be attending the event to help make transportation easier for students.
