Please fill out the online booking form at the link below, by August 28, 2024, to ensure that your Classroom Audio Visual equipment is reserved for the Fall Session.
If you are filling out the form for an instructor, please include the instructor's name for each request. (One request per credit course)

To reserve equipment for guest lectures, video conferencing, or special events and conferences, please use the online booking form & include your FOAP number.
A minimum of two business days' notice is required for any AV request. Requests submitted with less than 2 business days' notice are subject to approval.

Please Note:
1. Installed equipment will be available during regular hours and does not need to be booked. Regular hours are Monday to Thurs, 8:30 am to 10:00 pm & Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
2. Weekend AV service is not available. Outside normal hours installed equipment will be available for your use. Please ensure that any equipment used is turned off when you are done.
3. Room Demonstration - Audio Visual Classroom support is available to provide demonstrations in all audio-visual spaces to ensure you are as comfortable as possible with the room technology and functionality.
