Hello Faculty and Staff, As you are aware, we are currently undergoing the UM Academic Program Review of our BN, NP, MN, and PhD programs and as part of this process will be hosting an External Review Committee for a site visit this week (Jan 22 & 23). I encourage you to be present on campus and engage in the consultation meetings with the review committee as you are able. Your insights are important to help us ensure that we maintain high standards and keep our programs aligned with our shared vision. The feedback from this review will further inform moving our strategic plan forward. Change management process discussion - College of Nursing

HI everyone. Thank you again for meeting with me throughout November and December to discuss the upcoming changes to the leadership structure in the College of Nursing. As discussed in those meetings, the UM change management team will be supporting us through this process. They will be hosting a session for all faculty and staff on January 29th from 10:30 am - 12pm to provide an overview of change management and LEAN essentials. This meeting will take place on MS Teams. I will send a calendar invite for this event. Please accept the invite if you plan to attend. Good morning, support staff team! I hope you all had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday break and were able to get some good downtime. I wanted to officially welcome everyone back and share that I returned to work yesterday. It's great to be back, and I'm looking forward to catching up and hearing about what's been going on while I was away.
