Change management process discussion - College of Nursing

As discussed in those meetings, the UM change management team will be supporting us through this process. They will be hosting a session for all faculty and staff on January 29th from 10:30 am - 12pm to provide an overview of change management and LEAN essentials. Hello faculty and staff, We have been meeting with faculty and staff over the past few months to have you inform the specific CON goals as it relates to the new Rady template for strategic planning. Some of this work started in 2024 with the previous Dean. The next step is for a final round of feedback. We now have a more refined template with the actions operationalized and metrics. We will be holding focus groups in the coming weeks. Multiple dates and times will be sent out in an invite. If you'd like to further review and give any final feedback. We encourage you to join one of the focus groups. In 2026, the Rady Deans will align the strategic plans across the six Colleges and next steps will be determined. Many thanks for your contribution.
