HI everyone.
Thank you again for meeting with me throughout November and December to discuss the upcoming changes to the leadership structure in the College of Nursing.
As discussed in those meetings, the UM change management team will be supporting us through this process.
They will be hosting a session for all faculty and staff on January 29th from 10:30 am - 12pm to provide an overview of change management and LEAN essentials. This meeting will take place on MS Teams.
I will send a calendar invite for this event. Please accept the invite if you plan to attend. We will record this session for those who cannot attend at that time.
