Dear Colleagues, I am forwarding a copy of our draft Strategic and Operating Plan for the College of Nursing (2023-2028). The five-year plan is based on the input received from you and other stakeholders at our Strategic Planning Session in August 2022.

I welcome your further feedback on the draft plan. Please submit your feedback to Don Rodil at don.rodil@umanitoba.camailto:don.rodil@umanitoba.ca by March 13, 2023. I will incorporate your feedback to the extent possible and finalize our strategic and operating plan by the end of March 2023. There are a few formatting and font changes that will be made prior to finalizing the plan.
