Featured speakers include Katrin Param-Vital, MBA, BN, RN, an accomplished nursing leader in organizational transformation; Abigail Kawadza, MN, RN, whose work centers on advanced practice and equity-informed care; and Heather Nowak, RN, a respected clinician known for her leadership in complex clinical environments. Together, our speakers will explore how nurses lead, adapt, and sustain excellence in evolving and unpredictable practice settings. The conference aims to foster reflection and dialogue on leadership, resilience, and innovation within advanced nursing practice.
