Hello all,

We will be having our inaugural meeting of the OER group on Tuesday, September 26th from 9-10 am in the Icelandic Board Room on the 3rd floor of the Dafoe Library, beside the Archives. (One person indicated that they are not free until 9:15 am on the poll. It is fine to arrive late.)

At this initial meeting, we will:

* Introduce each other and our interest in OERs * Make suggestions for things to read and discuss this semester * Discuss who is interested in writing accountability sessions * Determine whether to meet once or twice a month (if twice a month, one meeting would likely be a writing accountability session, and could be for just a subset of us). * Discuss the OER grants and the OER lab at UM

If you cannot make it, feel free to send me your suggestions/preferences in advance of our first meeting.
