1. Csf cases - if possible, write down agency patient is under along with current home address

2. Any cases longer than 40 units (eg. Roughly 10hrs - nsx or spine cases primarily )... Please take all yellow copies of anesthetic record and place into billing folder. Manitoba Health has been cracking down on paying these cases and having the whole billing record can help with payments

3. Write all blocks down, as different ones get paid at different rates

4. Take apac sheets during apac days and place in billing folder ( eg. Staniforth!!!!!)

5. Ensure both First and Last names of surgeons are on billing sheets

6. Infants from Nunavut - write down mother's name and PHIN . Makes billing easier for Denise
