Step 1: Check the Astra Calendarhttps://ca.aaiscloud.com/UManitoba/Calendars/DailyGridCalendar.aspx for an available room Step 2: Request a roomhttps://webapps.umanitoba.ca/student/records/room_booking_request/index.php

NOTE: if you need the room with in 48 hours (business days), please email Pharmacy.Roombookings@umanitoba.camailto:Pharmacy.Roombookings@umanitoba.ca. We will need the date, start/end time, and event name/purpose.

Attached are steps and tips that should help, please let me know if you have any questions. You can use the calendar too book spaces anywhere on campus.
