Boozhoo/Tansi/Aniin/Greetings!
My name is Christy Anderson and I am the Indigenous Graduate Student Success Coordinator at the University of Manitoba.
Supporting Aboriginal Graduate Enhancement (SAGE) is holding a family friendly event next week for Indigenous graduate students, their families and advisors. The purpose of SAGE is to connect Indigenous graduate students across disciplines, and provide opportunities for holistic academic and personal development in a supportive community environment. I will also provide Indigenous graduate students with information that is relevant to them, specifically with regards to: bursary/scholarship opportunities, student employment, research opportunities, social events, writing retreats, Indigenous specific research topics/workshops and the like.
