For those interested, the workshop "An intro to Westgrid/Compute Canada for Genomics Users" has been booked for next Friday, September 20th in EITC E2 258 in the engineering building.

The topics of this workshop include:

* HPC Resources available * Basics of working with HPC machines (transferring data, finding /installing the software, submitting jobs) * Hands-on exercise on the above topics * Questions/Answers specific to genomics pipelines
