The Canadian Medical Hall of Fame Discovery Day in Health Sciences University of Manitoba Friday, November 9, 2018 CALL FOR PRESENTERS – PLEASE CIRCULATE AMONGST YOUR COLLEAGUES Hi Dr. Nickerson: We are pleased to once again partner with the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences in offering Manitoba high school students and teachers the opportunity to explore careers in medicine and other sciences. We are looking for dynamic presenters to join us in this exciting outreach initiative to educate, inspire and encourage curious minds. The objective of the day is to get students thinking outside the box and to spark their interest in considering a future career in the health sciences. Our formal letter of invitation with further details is attached, along with the day’s agenda and editable PDF forms. We invite all faculty, technicians, clinicians, residents and grad/undergrad students interested in taking part. While formal letters have now been emailed to all department heads within the Faculty of Health Sciences, your support in circulating this invitation amongst your colleagues/students and encouraging participation would also be greatly appreciated SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Wednesday, September 12, 2018 Questions and completed forms can be directed to my attention via email.
