CanUhttps://canucanada.org/awards2025/ is excited to announce they have released the 2025 Dr. Joan Swain Student Awards Application. Dr. Joan Swain is a dear friend of CanU's who works as a physician in Northern Manitoba. This scholarship is open to post-secondary students in Pre-Health Sciences Field (Grade 12 and up), Graduate Health Sciences Field or in the field of Ancient Mediterranean Studies. The goal of the awards is to support new immigrants, particularly refugees, and Indigenous individuals who are in financial need.
