Hi everyone,
An update from the April 1, 2024 - March 31, 2028 UMFA collective agreement includes the following text from Article 6:
6.2.2 In preparing the annual budget for their unit, the Dean of each faculty/school, and in the case of the Faculty of Health Sciences, the Dean of each respective College, and the University Librarian in the case of the Libraries, shall seek the feedback of Members of their faculty/school/College/Libraries with respect to the state and needs of the unit with reference to a reasonable amount of support staff for the coming academic year.
