The purpose of this workshop is to acquaint Chairs and Members of Tenure and Promotion Committees with the relevant articles of the UM-UMFA Collective Agreement and the important role they play in this process.

The workshop will focus on:

* The guiding principles of tenure and promotion review, * Best practices, and * Common problems
