Thank you for the swift response and for exiting the building this afternoon. At this time, the assessment indicates that the odour is likely related to a dried-out drain trap within the building.

Please ensure that staff in all units take time tomorrow to run taps and pour water into all sink and floor drains throughout the building. This includes floor drains located under emergency showers and in all bathrooms.
