To streamline our communications and ensure we are reaching the right audiences for specific communications, we have revised some of our existing email lists and created new lists:
Unchanged lists:
Riddell-faculty-graduate-students Riddell-faculty-undergraduate-students Riddell-faculty-adjunct
Modified lists:
Riddell-faculty-teaching-staff, changed to Riddell-UMFA. This list includes FT Professors and Instructors of all ranks.
Riddell-non-faculty, changed to Riddell-Emeriti-Scholar. This list includes all Senior Scholars and Professors Emeritus/Emerita
NEW lists:
Riddell-faculty-retirees: staff and faculty retirees (to be populated)
Riddell-faculty-term-staff: This list includes all term appointments: Postdoctoral Fellows, Research Associates, Other Academic appointments, Associate Postdoctoral Fellows, Research Affiliates, AESES Project positions, AESES hourly appointments
Riddell-faculty-sessional: CUPE unit 2 sessional staff
These lists will be maintained on an ongoing basis as new hires are processed or staff appointments end (retirements, resignations, appointment end dates, etc). Requests for additions to Riddell Faculty mailing lists can be made through the Riddell.Faculty@umanitoba.camailto:Riddell.Faculty@umanitoba.ca email address with the subject line "Email List Addition: last name, first name, position type".
