This online matchmaking event is designed to help participants build strong partnerships and form competitive consortia for the upcoming Horizon Europe Cluster 6 call topics. Researchers and stakeholders from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, Ukraine, Finland, and Canada will come together to explore collaboration opportunities. You will have the chance to meet potential partners virtually, pitch your ideas, and connect with organizations working on similar themes.
There will be insights from the European Commission on policy priorities and guidance from National Contact Points (NCPs) on the 2026 Cluster 6 Work Program calls. There will also be a pitch session; participants can give short (up to 3 minutes) presentations in the breakout rooms to showcase their research expertise, project concepts, or potential contributions to Horizon Europe proposals.

The five missions:

A matchmaking event focusing on the Horizon Europe Missions will assist researchers in forming consortia to prepare proposals for the 2026 Missions calls. Organized by the international network of National Contact Points for the five EU Missions, the event will kick off with an online plenary session offering practical advice on how to effectively tackle the Horizon Europe 2026 calls for proposals. Following the plenary, there will be an opportunity to hold online bilateral meetings to present your expertise or project ideas and discuss potential collaborations. Registration is required to attend the matchmaking event.
