Riddell Banquet Invitation
Hello Riddell Faculty!
I would like to formally invite you to the Clayton H. Riddell Faculty of Environment, Earth, and Resources Banquet Dinner on March 27th, 2026, in the Pavillion Atrium at Assiniboine Park, 55 Pavillion Crescent. This event is an opportunity for students and staff to come together and celebrate all the accomplishments of the 2025 - 2026 school year by sharing a meal with speeches and drinks. Doors will open at 6pm and dinner will be served at 7pm. There will be a bar open for guests to purchase drinks as well as a photobooth area!
Tickets are on sale now until March 16th (or as long as tickets last!) and can be purchased with the following link: https://forms.gle/KWmkcVC2GbpBjzCk9 Student tickets (anyone who is currently enrolled at the U of M) are $20, non-student tickets (alumni, and plus ones who are not students at the U of M) are $40 and tickets for faculty members are $60
Meal options are as follows:
* Chicken: Bourbon barbeque grilled chicken breast with cajun crispy onion straws served with roasted asparagus with tarragon butter and garlic mashed yukon gold potatoes * Vegan: Eggplant rotolo stuffed with spinach, onions, tofu, and roasted garlic tomato sauce
