The 2025 Undergraduate Research Showcasehttps://umanitoba.ca/research/opportunities-support/undergraduate-research-showcase (URS) is fast approaching, and we’re thrilled to share that we’ve reached a record-breaking milestone- over 160 student participants are registered!
To ensure a successful and enriching experience for all, we are urgently seeking additional volunteer judges to help evaluate student presentations.
Event details:
Date: Thursday, October 16, 2025
Location: UMSU University Centre (Multipurpose Rooms 210 to 224), Fort Garry campus
Time: The judging will occur between 10:00am and 2:30pm. Judges will be scheduled in 2-hour blocks based on their availability.
All judges will receive clear instructions and a scoring rubric in advance. Food and refreshments will be provided on-site.
