On behalf of Dr. Digvir Jayas, Vice-President (Research and International), please be advised that the (attached) *Call for Applications* letter and the *Important Change Notices* document will be uploaded by/before the end of August to the Research website for the *October 15, 2015 deadline **for the Conference Sponsorship Program and Student Travel Support to Competitions**.*

The updated *FACULTY and STUDENT Application Forms *will also be uploaded by/before the end of August and the web-link below will also be updated to reflect the October 15, 2015 competition deadline date/documents.

We have also added a separate “Change Notices” pdf link to the website to better highlight the upcoming new “3-Competitions/Fiscal Year Cycle”.
