UofM Building Condition Assessments - Admin

Hello Admin building occupants,
The University of Manitoba has engaged an external Consultant (Roth IAMS) to complete Building Condition Assessments (BCAs) on designated UofM buildings. The Administration building assessment is expected to take place on October 9th, 2025. While on-site, the Assessment Team will be collecting data on all architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Assessors will require access into various rooms and spaces to gather a representative sample of building conditions. Assessors will be wearing a name badge and taking photos of building elements to support the information gathered and have been instructed to exclude the public from photos. Assessors will have the necessary cards, keys, and security contacts to access most spaces. They plan to enter the spaces during regular work hours but can likely accommodate alternate times if necessary.
The following assessors will be coming to the site for the assessments:
* Jordan Boulet - Mechanical and Electrical Discipline assessor and team lead * Ruth-Ann Cleary-Richard - Architectural & Structural discipline assessor * Irek Iskat - A&S and M&E discipline (Generalist) assessor
