Riddell Faculty of Environment, Earth and Resources Remote Control: Chinese Infrastructure In and Above the Arctic by Dr. Mia Bennett (University of Washington) Thursday, January 27th, 2022 at 12:30 PM CT Dr. Mia Bennett is an assistant professor in the Department of Geography. Dr.Bennett has conducted fieldwork along the Inuvik-Tuktoyaktuk Highway in Canada’s Northwest Territories and is particularly interested in the role of Indigenous Peoples in leading infrastructure development in the North American Arctic.
