Upcoming Events: The Writing Towards a Just World Research Cluster Presents Searching for Voice: How Point of View Shapes Narrative A Workshop by Judy Fong Bates St. John’s College room 239 (Senior Common Room) from 10 AM –12 PM CT Join on Zoomhttps://us06web.zoom.us/j/81124697623?pwd=Co4mHdqH7wBJcxCYHh64sb6bxlCpBS.1 : Meeting ID: 811 2469 7623 & Passcode: 926992 Judy Fong Bates, author of The Year of Memory, will focus on point of view and voice in memoir. Please be ready to participate in writing exercises and to consider point of view and voice in your own writing, whatever kind of writing you do. Judy recommends having read some memoirs before attending, but please feel free to come whether or not you’re a fan of memoir. Please see the attached poster for a list of memoirs to read prior to the workshop.
