Of Interest: Prairie Asian Organizers (PAO!) Reconnecting to Resistance Sunday, April 21st, from 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM UM Fort Garry Campus Prairie Asian Organizers (PAO!) presents Reconnecting to Resistance, a community potluck, zinemaking workshop, and learning circle for Asian community members and friends. Illustrator and cartoonist Natalie Mark will lead the group through a brief intro to zinemaking workshop, after which attendants will be invited to create a page for the zine while engaging in a learning circle on Asian experiences of resistance and revolution. Zinemaking supplies will be provided, and there will be zines to read for inspiration. Though the focus will be on Asian histories, all who can respect the community and Asian cultures are welcome.
