We are writing to inform folks that Julie Sze's public lecture, On Climate Justice & Just Transitions, and Agrarian Extractivism in Latin America presented by Ben M. McKay, are cancelled due to the current strike. We apologize for the sudden changes to programming, and we will do our best to re-schedule once we return.
Other UMIH programs except for community-led programming are on suspension for the time being
We welcome folks to attend the Tuseme Conversation Series in partnership with Tusome Books, presenting a discussion on diversity and inclusion between the author of Tony's wheels Mila Bongco-Philipzig and Lisa Dublin, Chair of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Alberta.
We look forward to returning with exciting programs that continue to benefit our friends and community for the rest of the term.
