[UMPlan] FW: UM Plan - System Outage - VIP Data Load - July 9th , 2025

Good afternoon,

Please be advised that the UM Plan system will be unavailable for service maintenance commencing tomorrow at 7:30am.

The outage is required to perform the VIP data load process for the FY26/27 budget cycle. We anticipate the system will be available on Thursday, July 10th at noon.
