[1919-Conference] Keynote Speaker survey

Hi all.

As some of you may have experienced, Survey Monkey did not really like the conference list email address and it might have denied you access to the survey. I have resent the survey to your individual email addresses. This should resolve any difficulties. Apologies for the extra step and, of course, please let me know if you have other problems.
