MEMORANDUM
Date: December 9, 2022
To: Friends of Future 50 Fund
From: Dr. Jose Francois, Department Head of Family Medicine
Re: Department of Family Medicine Future 50 Fund
It has been an honor to serve as Head of the Department of Family Medicine for the last 9 years. I have had the opportunity of working along-side many of you, sometimes in particularly challenging circumstances, such as the recent COVID-19 Pandemic. I am proud of the way our Family Medicine community rose to the challenge, playing a vital role across all layers of the healthcare system.
As we prepare to celebrate the Department of Family Medicine's 50th anniversary, let us renew our commitment to deliver professional and compassionate care to Manitobans. Help us in developing the next generation of family physicians, teachers, researchers, leaders and innovators that will help shape healthcare in our province.
Please consider making a donation that will make a difference and will impact Manitoba. You are able to donate in three easy options:
· Online University of Manitoba - Donation Form - University of Manitoba (umanitoba.ca)<https://give.umanitoba.ca/donationform?fid=d9F3Z1nCNQ0%3d&fdesc=DBXoObY7r4F…>
· Complete the attached pledge form.
· Contact our Donor Relations Officer at Adrienne.Domingo(a)umanitoba.ca<mailto:Adrienne.Domingo@umanitoba.ca> or by phone at 204-789-3537.
